🦾 How to Create an AI Version of Yourself

Ever dreamed of having an AI version of yourself for marketing and personal branding?

Imagine prompting your digital twin into any pose or situation. Game-changer alert!

As a marketer, the possibilities are mind-blowing. No more struggling for the perfect YouTube thumbnail or scrolling endlessly through your camera roll for that ideal social media pic.

This kind of technology isn't sci-fi anymore.

It's not only achievable but also surprisingly affordable and quick. We're talking 5 minutes and $2 USD for some seriously impressive results.

Before I show you my method, let's geek out for a second on the tech behind this innovation.

Enter FLUX: A recently released AI text-to-image model that's revolutionizing the game with its LoRA technology. In simple terms, LoRA lets us fine-tune neural networks using way fewer parameters than traditional methods.

For this tutorial, we're training the LoRA specifically on my selfies. While there are several platforms to achieve this, I've picked what I believe is the easiest and most cost-effective route for beginners.

Ready to meet your AI twin? Let's dive in!

Step #1:

👉 Sign up for a free account with FAL.AI

Step #2:

💵 Buy some credits (Minimum $10)

It only takes $2 to train your LoRA, but you will need some leftover credits to generate images with it.

Moving forward, each image you create with your custom LoRA will cost roughly 3-4 cents.

Step #3:

📸 Take some selfies.

To train the LoRA effectively, you'll need at least 10 photos, but I went with 15 to give it some extra data to work with.

While some guides recommend capturing images with varied backgrounds and lighting to help the AI understand how you look in different settings, I took a more relaxed approach. I snapped a few photos in different spots around my home, grabbed a couple outdoors, and threw in some existing selfies from my phone gallery.

The key is diversity without overthinking it. A mix of casual shots in various environments should do the trick.

Remember, we're aiming for a realistic representation, not a photoshoot-perfect version of yourself.

Step #4:

👉 Choose the FLUX.1 [dev] model

Step #5:

👉 Choose Train Flux LoRA (Fast)

Step #6:

⬆️ Upload your images and pick a trigger word (this is the word you will use in future prompts to identify yourself).

The only setting you need to change is your trigger word. For example: my trigger word is “James Lee”

Once your images are uploaded and your trigger word is chosen, hit the Start button.

It will take around 2 minutes to complete the training and costs $2 in credits.

Step #7:

👉 Run inference

When you choose Run inference it opens up the FLUX.1 [dev] with LoRAs model and your LoRA is already preloaded.

Step #8:

Play around and start prompting your brand-new AI clone!

🎰 Facebook Performance Bonus Update

This last week has been huge for my Facebook Page that’s in the Performance Bonus program!

I'm averaging a cool $100 per day this month. If this momentum keeps up, I could be looking at a $3000 month-end total. Fingers crossed!

The biggest difference is some of my memes have gone absolutely viral, earning $200+ each. That's a massive leap from my previous record of about $50 per meme.

Now, we all know Facebook's algorithm can be unpredictable. This surge might not last forever, but I'm enjoying the ride while it lasts!

Case Study #1 Update

Our Tattoo Facebook Page case study is chugging along.

We’re still spending $5 per day, and the cost per follower has risen to around $.015 each, which is double our lowest acquisition cost but still totally reasonable lol.

Reach has been a little low the last couple of days, but I suspect the reason is that we’ve been toning down the sex appeal of the content (more on this in a bit).

Here's the exciting part: while we're still waiting for that golden ticket to the Performance Bonus program, we've qualified to apply for the Facebook Stars program. Some speculate this could be the first step towards the Bonus Program.

We've submitted our application and are now in the review process (which could take up to 2 weeks). Anticipating a potential manual review, we're keeping our content as PG as possible until we hear back.

If we get the green light for Stars, our next move is to express interest in the Bonus Program. By then, our case study page should boast around 20k followers with six weeks of consistent content under its belt.

Hopefully, this will be enough to get in!
